MINAKA is a unique coffee trailer set up that is more than meets the eye. The most unique of them all is our Drive Thru, located on the main highway of Blenheim (SH1 Grove Road). Our specifically designed custom trailer is here to provide convenience for parents on-the-go, busy workers, courier/taxi driver and tourists travelling along the highway to or from, the Picton Ferry/Port Marlborough. This is a new concept, and we can't wait to hear what you think.
MINAKA has teamed up with local business, ADAPT Espresso. ADAPT really does exactly that, blends into your environment. Whether it be troubleshooting your coffee issues, spare parts or regular equipment cleaning. For those looking to perfect their Barista making skills, either at home or in your workplace, ADAPT Espresso are known for their workshops or one-on-one coffee coaching sessions.

MINAKA is more than just a coffee stop. It represents growth, persistence, dedication, and the pursuit of a dream.
Kia Ora, I'm Brooke, founder, operator and CEO of MINAKA Marlborough LTD.
Starting out at the ripe age of 16, I dove headfirst into the organized chaotic environment of the Hospitality. Through my experiences of being schooled in three different countries and renting from this young age, I learnt to rely on my own drive, and to be nicer to myself and source the knowledge I am missing,
These early challenges set me on the path to pursue a bigger goal to leave and return with more knowledge. At 18 I took myself to Brisbane, quickly learning and growing with every experience thrown at me, my passion for the industry only grew stronger.
Fast forward a few years, I returned home to Aotearoa ready to put down some roots, connect with locals and build a solid family foundation and routine before MINAKA Marlborough could be launched.
It gives me great pleasure to launch MINAKA Marlborough and I look forward to sharing this journey with you all.

We're not just coffee though, we love our kai/food and sharing our knowledge, we also like to give credit where it's due, whether that be coffee crops, bakers, the farmers, the staff and the land we operate on. Through our trusted local suppliers, we are able to provide a selection of grab n go food options, non-dairy, vegan and gluten free options to suit.
